微量热法在药物活性评价中的应用
Microcalorimetry in drug activity evaluation
【摘要】 围绕微量热法在药物研发、药物对微生物的抑制和抗菌药物筛选、中药基础理论,以及药物与生物大分子相互作用等方面的研究工作,初步总结了微量热方法在药物活性评价中的应用.
【Abstract】 Microcalorimetry has been found wide applications in drug activity evaluation in the last few years,particularly when drug discovery,microorganism inhibition and antimicrobial drugs screening,basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and drug interactions with biomacromolecules are under consideration.Recent progress in these fields is preliminarily reviewed.
