【摘要】 目的观察高效抗逆转录病毒治疗对艾滋病病人机体免疫重建的作用。方法以前瞻性队列研究方式对48例入组治疗病人分别在治疗前和治疗半年、1年后检测病人的外周血CD4+T细胞和血浆RNA。结果经半年和1年治疗后,外周血CD4+T细胞≥200/mm3的病例分别为30.23%和32.56%;血浆RNA≤5×102copies/ml的病例分别为62.50%和94.29%;外周血CD4+T细胞计数增量与血浆RNA病毒载量的下降幅度呈正相关关系(r=0.647,P<0.001),78例艾滋病病人治疗满1年并存活的比例为91.03%。结论通过高效抗逆转录病毒治疗,艾滋病病人的免疫功能得到了重建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore the effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy for AIDS in Wuhan.Methods 48 AIDS patients were treated with HAART that consists of two nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors and one non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor through the way of prospective cohort study,and CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood and HIV RNA in plasm were measured before HAART and at months 6,12.Results The results showed that the rate of patents with CD4+T cells ≥200/mm3 at months 6 and 12 was 30.23% and 32.56%,respectively;the rate of patients with HIV RNA:5×102 copies/mL at months 6 and 12 was 62.50% and 94.29% respectively;there was a direct correlation between the number of CD4+ T cells and HIV RNA(r=0.647,P<0.001).The survival rate after one year HARRT was 91.03%.Conclusions The immune functions of individuals with AIDS could be recovery and reconstructed with HAART which consists of domestic agents.更多还原
