【摘要】 目的通过对全市各县(市、区)法定传染病网络报告系统报告质量进行多项指标综合评价,找出全市网络直报工作中存在的问题,并提出合理的指导性建议。方法运用密切值法对各县(市、区)及时报告率、报告合格率、及时审核率、重卡率、单位零缺报率和年发病率等多项指标进行综合排序,对各县(市、区)网络直报质量做出综合评价。结果全市9个县(市、区)中汤阴县网络直报质量综合评价排序最高,报告质量最好,北关区报告质量较差。结论安阳市各县(市、区)网络报告质量存在较大差异,全市网络报告质量有待进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the problems in reporting network system and raise reasonable guidance suggestion by studying the quality of reporting network of the legal infectious disease through various comprehensive target aims.Methods Data on variables related to county reporting timeliness rate, repetition report rate,rate of no-unit-absence from reporting,yearly disease incidence rate and some other target aims were comprehensively ordered in method of close value,also an evaluation on the quality of county reporting network was made.Results Among the nine counties and districts in the charge of Anyang,Tangyin county had the highest order on the comprehensive status of quality and the best reporting quality,however,Beiguan district had the worst reporting quality.Conclusion There is a big difference on the quality of reporting network among different counties and districts in Anyang.And the reporting network quality of Anyang need be improved.更多还原
