【Abstract】 This discovery revealed the mechanism of water transportation across biological membranes.Furthermore,it has been reported that AQPs contribute a lot to various kinds of human diseases,such as neurological diseases,renal diseases,intestinal diseases and so on.Recently,a largenumber of reseasrches have been done to deepen the understandings of the pathological and physiological functions of AQPs.This article reviews aquaporins about its distribution in nose,its physiological function and its associativity with nasal diseases.更多还原
