【摘要】 目的建立健康成人尿海藻糖酶(trehalase,T)正常参考范围,为临床肾脏疾病的诊治及相关研究提供参考。方法选取健康体检者101名(男58名,女43名,年龄18～56岁),采用Sasai-TakedatsuM测定方法进行尿海藻糖酶检测。结果 101名健康体检者尿T结果为(7.1±4.1)μmol/h.gCr(肌酐),范围0～25μmol/h.gCr,近似正态分布(Z=1.09,P=0.183)男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)(t=0.63,P=0.53)。95%的的正常参考范围(X±1.96 S)为0-15μmol/h.gCr。结论健康成人尿海藻糖酶正常参考范围为0-15μmol/h.gCr,供临床参考。更多还原
