【摘要】 目的了解新疆塔城地区人间布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情状况。方法对重点职业人群进行流行病学调查分析,用试管凝集试验,采血检测布鲁氏菌抗体效价。结果调查3136人,抗体阳性219例,农民的阳性率最高,其次是兽医、牧民。患者79例,其中当年新发病26例,沙湾县疫情较重。患者主要通过接触羊而感染。79例患者中,男性51人,曾经或正在发热者74例,游走性关节痛49例,多汗、盗汗63例,肝脏肿大14例,睾丸炎6例。仅少数患者接受布病规范治疗。结论塔城地区布病疫情严重,部分患者得不到及时诊断治疗,多为职业接触感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current status of brucellosis epidemic in Tacheng prefecture.Methods The epidemiological survey was conducted among the risk population,and the blood samples were taken to detect brucella antibody titer by tube agglutination test.Results A total of 3136 persons were surveyed,219 were antibody positive.The infection rate among farmers was highest,followed by veterinarians and herdsmen.Seventy nine cases were detected,among which 26 were new cases detected in 2008.The epidemic in Shawan county was more serious.The cases were mainly infected by contacting sheep.Among 79 cases,51 were males.Seventy four cases had been or were in fever,49 suffered from wandering arthritis,63 were colliquative sweating or night sweating,liver swelling was found in 14 cases and orchitis in 6 cases.Only a few of patients received standard treatment of brucellosis.Conclusion The brucellosis epidemic in Tacheng was serious,some patients could not get timely diagnosis and treatment and the infection mainly caused by occupational exposure.更多还原
