脱金属剂在超声波作用下脱除渣油中的金属

【摘要】 以辽河渣油为原料,考察了脱金属剂在超声波作用下脱除渣油中金属的主要影响因素。结果表明,脱金属剂在超声波作用下的脱金属效果优于无超声波作用,CHJ脱金属剂脱除钙的效果较佳,EHJ脱金属剂脱除镍的效果较佳。最佳脱除金属的条件为:超声波频率28kHz,声强10W/cm2,反应温度85℃,反应时间25min,脱金属剂加入量2000μg/g。在以上条件下,CHJ脱金属剂的脱钙率可达85%,EHJ脱金属剂的脱镍率也高于85%。

【Abstract】 Influencing factors in metal removal from residual oil by demetallization agent with ultrasound wave were investigated.The results showed that the metal removal ability combined with ultrasound wave was much better than that without it,and demetallization agent CHJ was better for calcium removal,otherwise EHJ was better for nickel removal.The optimal conditions of metal removal were:ultrasound wave frequency 28kHz,ultrasound intensity 10W/cm2,reaction temperature 85℃,reaction time 25min,dosage of demetallization agent 2000μg/g.Under above conditions,the removal rate of calcium was 85% for CHJ,and the removal rate of nickel was above 85% for EHJ.
