Nb-SBA-15介孔分子筛催化剂的制备及其催化性能
Prepararion of mesoporous molecular sieve catalyst Nb-SBA-15 and its catalytic performance
【摘要】 以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,采用浸渍法制备了Nb-SBA-15催化剂,通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、红外光谱分析(FTIR)等测试手段对催化剂进行了表征,并对其在合成乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)的醚化反应中的活性及重复使用性进行了评价。结果表明,当负载Nb的质量分数小于30%时,Nb-SBA-15催化剂仍具有SBA-15晶体结构和介孔结构,Nb与SBA-15载体间存在较强的相互作用。Nb-SBA-15催化剂在合成ETBE的醚化反应中具有很高的催化活性,叔丁醇转化率达64.10%,ETBE选择性可达92.70%,重复使用4次后,仍保持良好的催化活性。
【Abstract】 Nb-SBA-15 catalyst was prepared with mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 as carrier by dipping method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,infrared spectroscopy .The activity and reusability of the catalyst in etherification reaction of ethyl tert-butyl ether synthesis were revaluated. The results showed that when the mass fraction of niobium was below 30%,Nb-SBA-15 maintained the crystal and mesoporous structures of SBA-15,and there was stronger interaction between niobium and SBA-15. Nb-SBA-15 catalyst showed higher activity in etherification reaction,the conversion of tert-butyl alcohol was 64.10%,the selectivity of ethyl tert-butyl ether was 92.70%,and catalyst still had higher activity after four times reused.
