改性海泡石除磷吸附动力学研究
Adsorption kinetics of modified sepiolite for removing phosphorus
【摘要】 文章选用粒径为1.6—2.0 mm的粒状改性海泡石装填吸附柱,吸附质量浓度为88 mg/L的模拟含磷废水(PO43-),流速为3 mL/min,研究改性海泡石对磷的吸附性能,用中断接触法判断其吸附机理。结果表明,班厄姆方程能很好地描述改性海泡石对PO43-的吸附量随时间的变化关系;海泡石的活性基团是在酸性以及Fe3+作用下,实现对PO43-的吸附;中断接触法表明海泡石吸附为内扩散控制,这为改性海泡石的工业化除磷应用提供了一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】 The modified sepiolite with the granular size of 1.6-2.0 mm was chosen to charge the ion exchange columns for adsorbing the artificial wastewater containing phosphorus(PO3-4) of mass concentration 88 mg/L at flow rate 3 mL/min,and its adsorption mechanism was judged by the broken phase contact method.The results show that Bangham equation can well describe the relation between adsorption capacity and adsorption time;the broken phase contact method proves that the adsorption process is controlled by inner diffusion,and the active groups of modified sepiolite is promoted to adsorb PO3-4 in the presence of the acid and Fe3+.The experiment results can offer certain theoretical guidance for the industrialized application of modified sepiolite.
