基于51F340的USB高速高精度实时数据采集
Design of Data Acquisition with High-Precision and High Speed Measurement Based on 51F340 and USB Technologies
【摘要】 针对高精度测量时数据采集中的实时性和高速性要求,提出了一种基于USB2.0的实现方法。以具有USB控制器的C8051F340单片机为硬件平台,实现了工业现场数据的实时、高速、高精度采集。介绍了USB硬件电气连接、数据处理,以及固件程序设计方法,并对PC机应用程序设计和固件驱动做了简要说明。
【Abstract】 A new applied scheme of USB2.0 interface technology is introduced,in order to meet the requirements of real-time and high speed performance in data acquisition of high-precision measurement.C8051F340 MCU with USB function controller is used as a hardware platform to achieve data acquisition of the industrial field.Electrical connection,data processing,firmware program design are also explained in detail.And design of USB drive and application in PC are simply illustrated.
