【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的62例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者,随机分为2组,治疗组32例,采用鼻内镜治疗;对照组30例,采用传统手术方法治疗,比较2组疗效。结果从手术时间、出血量、住院时间看,治疗组明显少于对照组;从疗效看,治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率66.7%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜治疗效果好、创伤小、并发症小、复发率低、容易被患者接受,是治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的有效方法,值得在临床上使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Endoscopic treatment of sinusitis,the clinical treatment of nasal polyps.Methods Retrospective analysis of 62 cases in our hospital from sinusitis,nasal polyps were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group,32 cases with endoscopic therapy,the control group of 30 patients treated with traditional surgical methods to compare 2 groups effect.Results From the operation time,blood loss,hospital time to read,treatment group was significantly less than the control group;from the effects of view,total effective rate was 87.5% in the control group was 66.7%,treatment group was significantly higher efficiency,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of endoscopic therapy,trauma and complications of small,low recurrence rate,easy to patients,the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps effective method,it is in clinical use.更多还原
