【摘要】 目的探讨胰腺囊性病变的CT诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析29例经手术病理确诊的胰腺囊性病变的CT影像学特点,结合临床及病理特征,以此作为鉴别诊断的依据。结果假性囊肿15例,囊腺瘤6例,囊腺癌3例,非功能性胰岛细胞肿瘤2例,囊实性肿瘤2例,淋巴上皮囊肿1例。结论胰腺囊性病变的CT鉴别诊断须综合判断,除了CT表现外,还应结合临床资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the cystic lesions of the pancreas.Methods CTfeatures,clinical manifestations and pathological Results in 29 patients with pathologically-proved pancreatic cystic lesions were_retrospectively analyzed.Results The pancreatic cystic lesions in this study included pseudocyst(n=15),cystadenoma(n=6),cystadenocarcinoma(n=3),non-functional islet cell tumor(n=2),cystic and solid tumors of the pancreas(n=2),and lymp-hoepit-helial cyst(n=1).Conclusion In differentiating pancreatic cystic lesions with CTscan,overall observation and analysis of the imaging signs,are necessary,besides,clinical data should also be taken into account.更多还原
