【摘要】 目的观察伊曲康唑联合硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效。方法 64例患者随机分为2组。治疗组给予伊曲康唑胶囊200mg,每日1次,餐后或餐中服用,连服2周,同时外用2%硝酸舍它康唑软膏3周;对照组单纯给予2%硝酸舍他康唑软膏外用3周。结果治疗组有效率84.3%,对照组有效率59.3%,差异有统计学意义。结论伊曲康唑胶囊联合2%硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎是一种安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of itraconazole combined with Nitric Oxide Moshe itraconazole cream in the treatmet of Malassezia folliculitis.Methods 64 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Group was treated with itraconazole capsules 200mg,day 1,after the meal or meals in t0-0he taking,and even served two weeks,while topical 2% nitric acid homes it itraconazole ointment for 3 weeks;the control group were given 2% nitric acid Moshe Kang zole ointment for external use for 3 weeks.Results The treatment group was 84.3% in the control group was 59.3%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Itraconazole capsule combined with 2% nitric acid Moshe itraconazole cream in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis is a safe and effective method.更多还原
