【摘要】 目的探讨超声胃镜诊断胃癌的临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析我院2002年3月至2009年10月收治的经超声胃镜并经手术切除标本证实为胃癌的患者176例临床资料,观察分析组织形态学结构。结果本组176例胃癌患者中贲门癌39例,占22.16%,胃体、底癌48例,占27.27%;胃窦、幽门癌83例,占47.16%;全胃癌6例,与3.41%。超声胃镜检查确诊144例,确诊率为81.82%。不同性别、年龄的胃癌患者病变部位及发生率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论超声对观察胃癌浸润深度、周围侵犯及淋巴结转移诊断可靠,对肿瘤TNM分期可作出初步估价,利于制定治疗方案,弥补胃镜检查不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discusses the supersonic gastroscope diagnosis stomach cancer the clinical pathology characteristic.Methods The review analyzes my courtyard in March,2002 to October,2009 to admit excises the specimen confirmation after the supersonic gastroscope and after the surgery for the stomach cancer patient 176 example clinical material,the observation analysis tectology structure Results In this group of 176 example stomach cancer patient the cardiac opening of stomach cancer 39 examples,account for 22.16%,the corpus ventriculi,the bottom cancer 48 examples,accounts for 27.27%;Stomach Dou,the pylorus cancer 83 examples,account for 47.16%;Entire stomach cancer 6 examples,3.41%.The supersonic gastroscopy diagnoses 144 examples,the diagnosis rate is 81.82%.Different sex,age stomach cancer patient pathological change spot and formation rate not obvious difference,P>0.05.Conclusion Supersonic to observes the stomach cancer to infiltrate the depth,periphery infringement and the lymph node shift diagnosis is reliable,may make the preliminary estimate by stages to tumor TNM,favors the formulation treatment plan,makes up the gastroscopy insufficiency.更多还原
