S-腺苷蛋氨酸对慢性乙肝患者血清中TGF-β1和PDGF的影响

【摘要】 目的研究S-腺苷蛋氨酸对慢性肝病患者血清中的TGF-β1和PDGF的影响,为临床使用S-腺苷蛋氨酸抗纤维化提供理论基础。方法选择乙肝表面抗原和HBV-DNA阳性的慢乙肝患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,用ELISA法观察2组患者在治疗前后血清中的TGF-β1和PDGF的浓度的变化情况。结果治疗组肝病患者治疗后TGF-β1和PDGF较治疗前均有下降,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对照组肝病患者血清TGF-β1和PDGF治疗前后比较,无统计学差异。结论 S腺苷蛋氨酸通过降低慢性乙肝患者血清中TGF-β1和PDGF的浓度,而发挥抗肝纤维化的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of S-adenosyl-L-methionine(SAM) on levels of TGF-β1 and PDGF of chronic hepatitis B patients Methods serum were obtained from chronic hepatitis patients with HBsAg and HBV-DNA positive.chronic hepatitis patients with HBsAg and HBV-DNA positive were group of two group,one group treat by SAM,another treat without SAM.And serum levels of TGF-β1 and PDGF were observe using ELISA before treatment and after treatment.Results The serum level of TGF-β1 and PDGF treatment by SAM decreased notably than those before treatment.The serum level of TGF-β1 and PDGF treatment without SAM were not change before treatment and after treatment.Conclusion SAM opposed the liver fibrosis partly by inhibiting secretions of TGF-β1 and PDGF.
