【摘要】 目的探讨64层螺旋CT在诊断急性阑尾炎中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析56例经手术、病理证实为急性阑尾炎患者的64层螺旋CT检查资料,分析急性阑尾炎的CT表现,并与临床、病理比较。结果 56例急性阑尾炎患者中,CT诊断正确54例,符合率为96.42%。其中急性单纯性阑尾炎12例(22.22%),阑尾盲肠周围炎36例(66.66%),阑尾周围脓肿例6例(11.11%)。结论 :64层螺旋CT在诊断急性阑尾炎中具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical application value for the 64-slice computed tomography in diagnosing actue appendicitis. Methods The data of 64-slice computed tomography checking on 56 patients with acute appendicitis confirmed by surgical and pathology were analysed retrospectively. Then comparing the CT findings of actue appendicitis with clinic and pathology.Results 54 of the 56 patients were correctly diagnosed on CT,the coincidence is 96.42%.In which 12 cases are the enlarged appendix with thickened wall(22.22%),36 cases are appenicea1 perityphlitis (66.66%),and 6 cases are preiappendicular abscess(11.11%) Conclusion There is higher clinical application value for the 64-slice computed tomography in diagnosing actue appendicitis.更多还原
