【摘要】 目的探讨会阴切开及缝合的最佳方法。方法将经阴道分娩行会阴切开术初产妇300例,随机分成3组,每组100例。A组产妇行改良式会阴侧切(20～30°角)术,B组行会阴直切术,C组行传统会阴侧切(45°角)术。结果会阴切开伤口撕裂伤A组明显少于B、C2组,差异有统计学意义;会阴伤口缝合时间A组最短,B组次之,C组最长,3组间进行两两比较差异均有统计学意义;与C组比较,A、B2组会阴肿胀、疼痛程度明显减轻,术中出血少,差异均有统计学意义。结论应用改良式会阴侧切术能减少术中出血量,会阴伤口撕裂伤明显降低,缝合时间短,术后会阴伤口肿胀、疼痛明显减轻,切口愈合好,疤痕小,产后康复质量高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the best way about the perineal incision and suture.Methods 300 cases of mothers through the vaginal delivery and episiotomy were randomly divided into three groups,100 cases each group.Modified episiotomy(20～30° angle)was used for A group,B group of perineal straight resection,Cgroup of lateral episiotomy(45°angle).Results A group of perineal laceration wound was less than B,C.The stitch time of A group was the shortest,followed by B group,the longest C group. Compared with the C group, perineal swelling and pain were reduced significantly,bleeding was small during surgery.Conclusion The modified episiotomy technique could reduce the blood loss,significantly lower perineal laceration wounds,shorten the suture time. Postoperative perineal wound swelling and pain significantly reduced.With the advantages of good wound healing,small scars, high-quality post-partum recovery.更多还原
