【摘要】 目的探讨进展性脑梗死的危险因素。方法进展性脑梗死26例和稳定性脑梗死26例临床资料进行对比分析。结果进展性脑梗死患者合并血管狭窄、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症及高纤维蛋白原血症的例数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血管狭窄、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂及高纤维蛋白原血症是进展性脑梗死患者的危险因素。吸烟、感染、发热也是相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors for progressing stroke.Methods 26 patients with progressive stroke were comparatived with 26 patients with steady stroke.Both of data were analyzed etrospectively.Results The results showed that cases of progressing stroke complicated by angiostenosis,hypertension,diabetes,blood lipid level and fibrinogen than those of patients with steady stroke(P<0.01).Conclusion Angiostenosis,hypertension,diabetes,lipid and fibrinogen are risk factors for progressing stroke.Smoking、Infection and fever are the correlation factors.更多还原
