【摘要】 目的总结急性消化道出血的诊治与护理效果。方法对2006年1月1日至2009年6月1日在我科被诊断为上消化道出血的87例患者诊治和护理过程进行回顾性总结,对胃镜手术前,手术中,手术后的护理方法与经验进行概括。结果胃镜检查过程中积极给予护理配合手术前备好必须器械,药品,注射液并进行检查;手术中积极配合医生,用药迅速;手术后对患者进行精心指导。80例病人在内镜帮助下,确诊后止血成功,成功率为91.95%,再出血2例,比率为2.30%,诊治和护理效果良好。结论积极的手术前准备与手术中的配合,以及手术后的用药,饮食指导,医疗宣传可以大大提高该类病症的诊治成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summarize the effects of diagnosis and treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding;Methods review the 87 patients that were diagnosed with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from On January 1,2006 to June 1,2009,and recap the care methods and experience with gastro copy before surgery,surgery,post-operative.Results give active access to care coordination during Gastro copy:prepare the operative equipment,medicine,injection and conduct inspections; in surgery,cooperate with the doctors actively,and medication quickly;gives patients meticulous guidance after surgery meticulous guidance. 80 cases of patients(91.95%)diagnosis homeostasis success with endoscopic assistance,there are 2 cases(2.30%)re-bleeding in,the treatment results is an effective way.Conclusion A positive pre-operative preparation,as well as post-operative medication,dietary guidance,medical information can greatly improve the success rate of diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.更多还原
