基于太阳能和PLC技术的锅炉供热水自动控制系统
Upgrading for Boiler Heating Water System Based on Solar Energy and PLC Technology
【摘要】 太阳能是目前广泛利用的清洁可再生能源,PLC技术已被广泛应用在各种自动控制系统中,两者结合起来对众多宾馆、厂矿、学校等企事业单位的供热水锅炉进行升级改造,使太阳能供热水技术与锅炉供热水技术良好结合,优势互补,达到节能省钱、清洁环保、成本低廉之目的。采用三菱PLC控制器FX2N-32MT、太阳集热器、组成锅炉供热水控制系统,试验证明控制效果良好。
【Abstract】 Recently,solar energy has been widely used because it is a clean and renewable energy sources.PLC technology is also applied in a variety of automatic control systems.The boiler heating water system,which is employed in many hotels,factories and mines,schools,and so on,can be upgraded by combining solar energy and PLC technology so as to save energy and cost.Apart from being,clean and green,it is also convenient to reform.Mitsubishi PLC controller FX2N-32MT and solar collector are designed for boiler heating water control system in this paper.The results show that the control system runs well.
