【摘要】 目的探讨自体骨即刻移植治疗因阻生牙引起的下颌第二磨牙远中骨壁缺损的效果。方法将实验组45例拔除阻生牙,凿出或凿取磨牙后垫的骨块移植于下颌第二磨牙的远中根面,对照组45例拔牙后直接拉拢缝合牙龈。通过术后1个月、3个月、6个月X线检查第二磨牙远中骨生长情况。结果实验组术前术后比较。实验组与对照组术后比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组术前术后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论自体骨即刻移植治疗下颌第二磨牙远中骨壁缺损,创伤小、操作简便、保存了自体组织、增强了第二磨牙的稳定性,是一种理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the treament effect of the deficient distal piriodontal bone of mandibular second molar caused by impacted teeth by instant transplant of autogenous bone.Methods For the experimental team(45 cases),transplant the bone block dug out after removing the impacted teeth or from the retromolar pad into the distal root zone of the second molar instantly.For the control group(45 cases),stitch up the gum tissue valve directly after removing the teeth.Check the growing of alveolar resorption of second molar by X-rays after one month,three months and six months of the operation.Results There is an obvious difference between the experiment group and control group(P<0.01);there is no apparent difference between pre-operation and post-operation in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The instant restoration of the deficient distal piriodontal bone of mandibular second molar by using the bone block is an ideal treatment with little wound and simple operation,not only preserving its own orgnization but also strengthening the stability of second molar.更多还原
