红花注射液复合黄芪注射液对大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤外周血细胞肿瘤坏死因子的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨红花注射液复合黄芪注射液对大鼠小肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:建立大鼠小肠缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型,实验组和对照组分别经肠腔给予含有红花注射液复合黄芪注射液和等能量的右旋糖酐-70营养液,对不同缺血再灌注时间的肠组织进行病理学观察并对外周血利用放射免疫法测定其肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平。结果:经红花注射液复合黄芪注射液处理后的小肠组织损伤情况:缺血45 min为(2.17±1.17)分,再灌注30 min为(2.17±0.98)分,再灌注60 min为(2.33±1.03)分,较对照组明显减轻,P<0.01。外周血中TNF-α水平减低,TNF-α缺血45 min。再灌注30、60 min分别为(0.32±0.07)、(0.87±0.06)、(0.70±0.17)μg/L,与对照组比较P<0.01。结论:红花注射液复合黄芪注射液能减少外周血中的TNF-α水平,对大鼠小肠缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:to explore the protection and its mechanism of Safflower Injection combined with Astragalus Injection on rats’ intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods:animal models were made.Experimental group and control group were respectively administored through intestine with Safflower Injection combined with Astragalus Injection and Dextran-70 nutrient solution of the same amount of energy,to make pathological examination of different intestinal tissue at different ischemia reperfusion time and to determine the tumor necrosis factor-α in peripheral blood by radioimmunoassay.Results:intestinal injury after administration:ischemia 45min(2.17±1.17),reperfusion 30min(2.17±0.98),reperfusion 60min(2.33±1.03),more relieved compared to control group,P<0.01,t was 55.00,57.00 and 57.00.TNF-α reduced.TNF-α ischemia 45min(0.32±0.07),reperfusion 30min(0.87±0.06) and 60min(0.70±0.17) μg/L;compared to control group,P<0.01,F was 313.58,815.77 and 105.84.conclusion:the injection can reduce TNF-α in peripheral blood and can protect the rat intestinal ischemia referfusion injury.
