【摘要】 目的探讨双升颗粒对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少症的作用效果。方法小鼠腹腔连续3天注射环磷酰胺溶液(120mg/kg)制作白细胞减少症模型,并用双升颗粒进行治疗,检测外周血象和T淋巴细胞亚群。结果双升颗粒可升高模型小鼠外周血白细胞数、单核细胞数、红细胞数和血小板数,提高血红蛋白含量,调节CD4/CD8细胞比例。结论双升颗粒可改善环磷酰胺所致白细胞减少症外周血象,调节免疫失衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Shuangsheng granule on cyclophosphamide induced leukopenia in mice model.Methods The leukopenia mouse model was established by consecutively 3 days injection of 120mg/kg cyclophosphamide solution and treated with Shuangsheng granule,after which the peripheral hemogram and subgroup of T lymphatic cells were measured.Results It was observed in the model mice elevated number of peripheral white blood cell,monocytes,red blood cell and blood platelet,as well as an up-regulated hemoglobin content and a modulated ratio of CD4 /CD8 cells.Conclusion Shuangsheng granule may regulate the immune imbalance via improving the peripheral hemogram of cyclophosphamide induced leukopenia.更多还原
