汉江挥发、半挥发有机污染物分析技术研究
Analytical method research on volatile organic compounds and semi-volatile organic compounds in Han River
【摘要】 采用P&T-GC/MS分析汉江水中挥发性有机物,选用无干扰纯净水和恒温吹扫捕集,提高了挥发性有机物分析的灵敏度、精密度和准确度.SPE-GC/MS分析汉江水中半挥发性有机物时,水样直接过C18小柱进行固相萃取,C18采用遮光处理,避免半挥发性有机物光解,提高了检测的回收率,监测到的25种半挥发性有机物的回收率为75%~91%.
【Abstract】 Analytical methods for determining the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) and the semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs) in Han River were developed.VOCs in water from Han River were purged and trapped by Tekmar 3000,then desorbed and analyzed by GC/MS.SVOCs in water from Han River were detected based on SPE-GC/MS.The recoveries of 25 kinds of SVOCs were 75%~91%.
