OH-Fe-有机柱撑膨润土的制备及其对苯酚的吸附试验研究

【摘要】 研究了羟基铁(OH-Fe)-有机柱撑膨润土的制备方法,并将其作为苯酚的吸附剂,探讨OH-Fe-有机柱撑膨润土对苯酚吸附的影响因素及吸附机理.在原土进行钠化的基础上,做出铁柱撑剂对其进行无机柱撑改性;再用CTMAB对其进行有机柱撑改性.结果表明:有机改性的柱撑膨润土,能大幅度提高对苯酚的吸附能力.将OH-Fe-有机柱撑膨润土作为PRB的反应介质应用于修复苯酚污染的土壤和地下水是可行的.在有机吸附剂用量30 g/L、吸附时间45 min、pH为8的水体中苯酚(10 mg/L)去除率达到82.8%,处理后苯酚质量浓度达到地下水水质Ⅲ类标准.

【Abstract】 The preparation method of the OH-Fe-organo pillaring bentonite was studied.Making it as the absorbent for phenol to explore the absorption factors and the adsorption mechanism of the OH-Fe-organo pillaring bentonite on the phenol,with aiming at researching and developing a kind of harmless and economic reaction medium of Permeate Reactive Barrier in-situ remediation technology.On the basis of sodium bentonite,using pillared agent and CTMAB to modify the soil.It reveals that using modified pillared bentonite with surfactant can improve the adsorbing capacity greatly.The conclusions indicate: using 30 g/L dosage of OH-Fe-organo pillaring bentonite,at the reaction time of 45 min and pH value of 8,the removal rate can achieved 82.8% with phenol concentration of 10 mg/L.The phenol concentration of treated water is less than the national groundwater quality Ⅲ standard.It is feasible that OH-Fe-organo pillaring bentonite as the reaction medium of PRB is to remedy the polluted soil and groundwater by the phenol.
