竞争抑制ELISA法检测植物中豌豆胰岛素PA1b
Quantitative Analysis of Pea Albumin 1b (PA1b) in Several Plants by Competitive Inhibiting ELISA
【摘要】 为研究豌豆胰岛素PA1b在植物生长发育中的作用,利用竞争抑制ELISA法,检测PA1b在豌豆、芋头、姜、西红柿、苦瓜、蒜头、洋葱、丝瓜、黄瓜等植物中的分布,以及PA1b在豌豆种子发芽过程中的含量变化。结果显示PA1b在豌豆中含量最高,且随着豌豆种子发芽时间的增加含量逐渐减少,PA1b可能对植物生长发育起调控作用。
【Abstract】 The concentration of PA1b in several plants including pea,taro,ginger,tomato,bitter gourd,garlic,onion,towel gourd and cucumbers was measured by competitive inhibiting enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method to study the role of pea albumin 1b(PA1b) during the development of plants.The results show that the pea contains much more PA1b than other plants do,and the PA1b content reduces with the germination time.
