考虑逐步失效的层合板低速冲击损伤研究
Numerical simulation of delamination in laminates with sequential failure low-velocity impact considering
【摘要】 提出了一种预测复合材料层合板低速冲击损伤的数值分析方法.利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行模拟计算,得到层合板考虑逐步失效影响的冲击响应.将冲击响应中的最大冲击接触力作为集中载荷准静态地加载到板的冲击接触处,结合分层失效准则得到分层损伤的形状和尺寸.对几种典型的层合结构进行模拟计算,其结果与文献中的实验结果基本一致.
【Abstract】 A numerical method is proposed to predict delamination damage in laminated composites under low-velocity impact.Impact response analysis was performed using dynamic finite element code ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Stiffness degradation due to progressive damage was considered in the impact response analysis to obtain more reasonable results.The maximum impact force was taken from the force-time curve and applied at the impact locality of the laminate.Delamination criterion was then adopted to predict the shape and sizes of delamination area.Numerical simulation results are good agreement with experimental ones from the literates.
