300MW供热机组启动上水方式的优化应用
Optimized Application of Water Feeding Mode during Start-up of 300 MW Generating Unit
【摘要】 大唐洛阳热电厂300MW机组的传统上水方式采用电动给水泵作启动工作泵。通过运行实践表明,这种启动方式存在可靠性低、厂用电率高等问题。探讨了一种安全经济、合理的给水泵运行方式,提出了一种机组冷态启动无需凝结水泵、电泵启动,热态启动无电泵上水优化方案,及具体实施情况。通过应用实践,此种工作方案提高了机组启动过程中的安全性和经济性。
【Abstract】 The 300 MW generating unit in Datang Luoyang Power Plant ever adopted the traditional water feeding mode during start-up using motor driven feedwater pump as start-up working pump.The operational practice showed of existing low reliability and high service power rate etc.problems.This article discusses one kind of secure,economic and rational operation mode of feedwater pump,puts forward to an optimal water feeding scheme of when cold state start-up of unit not needing condensate pump and by motor driven pump,when hot state start-up of unit without motor driven pump to feed water,and its concrete application.Practical application indicated this kind of work program enhanced the unit start-up procedure in security and efficiency.
