PMN-PT铁电单晶的时域介电谱
Time Domain Dielectric Spectroscopy of PMN-PT Ferroelectric Single Crystal
【摘要】 测量了PMN-PT单晶0℃至120℃范围内的时域介电谱。分出了晶体中晶格极化,铁电畴运动和屏蔽电荷激发三种极化机构的作用。各极化机构的响应时间对样品的极化状态非常敏感。
【Abstract】 Dielectric spectroscopy of PMN-PT single crystal has been measured in the temperature range from 0℃ to 120℃.The polarization effects can be divided into three components contributed by polarization of lattice,motion of ferroelectric domain,and activation of screen charges,respectively.It is also found that response times of slow polarization are very sensitive to the polarization state of the sample.
