【Abstract】 By methods of literature review,the thesis has drawn up the present situation and the existing problems about the sports lottery,sports club,the sports brokers’ service and mass sports according to concluding and arranging all the current laws and decrees of sports industry.In addition,the article introduces some legislative of foreign countries about these issue.The aim is to get the advantages of others countries sports industry’s legislation and to provide some theoretical reference for perfecting the construction of Chinese sports law.更多还原
