【摘要】 目的研究乳腺癌钼靶X线特征表现与C-erbB-2表达的相关性。方法回顾分析91例术后病理诊断为乳腺癌患者的乳腺X线摄影胶片,按照ACR创立并推荐的BI-RADS,将X线所见分肿块(形状、边缘)、局限致密浸润影、恶性钙化进行描述,并与C-erbB-2表达进行对照,分析其相关性。结果乳腺癌恶性钙化灶与CerbB-2的表达有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌钼靶X线特征表现与C-erbB-2表达有一定关联性,可初步判断C-erbB-2表达情况,并为判断肿瘤生物学行为及患者预后提供一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the mammographic features of the breast carcinoma and the expression of C-erbB-2.Methods A retrospective study of 91 consecutive mammography patients with breast carcinomas was performed to determine the relationship between the mammographic features and the expression of C-erbB-2.Each patient was reviewed according to BI-RADS final assessment category system.The mammographic features were devided into mass(margin,shape),local dense infiltratio,microcalcifications.Results The C-erbB-2 positive expression was correlated with microcalcifications in breast carcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion the mammographic features of the breast carcinoma had a significant correlation with the expression of C-erbB-2.It is feasible to predict the expression of C-erbB-2 in breast carcinoma.So the biological behavior can be assessed by mammographic features,which provide information for prognosis.更多还原
