【摘要】 目的检测骨肉瘤组织中survivin及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的表达,探讨其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学二步法及RT-PCR法对62例骨肉瘤组织进行survivin、TNF-α的检测和分析,并与62例正常骨组织进行对照研究。结果骨肉瘤组中survivin及TNF-α表达均高于正常结膜组(P<0.05),Survivin和TNF-α的阳性表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和组织学类型无关(P>0.05),Survivin和TNF-α的阳性表达与肿瘤的转移和生存情况密切相关(P<0.05),TNF-α与Sur-vivin蛋白表达显著相关(P<0.05)。结论骨肉瘤组织中TNF-α、Survivin mRNA的过度表达,提示骨肉瘤组织的发生与细胞凋亡抑制有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation of survivin and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) expression.Methods Totally 62 cases of osteosarcoma and 62 cases of normal bone tissue were analyzed.The two-step immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR was used to determine and analysis.Results Osteosarcoma group,the expression of survivin and TNF-α were higher than that of normal control group(P<0.05),Survivin and TNF-α were correlated with gender,age,tumor size and histological type(P>0.05),Survivin,and positive expression of TNF-α and tumor metastasis and survival are closely related(P<0.05),TNF-α and Survivin protein expression was significantly associated(P<0.05).Conclusion Osteosarcoma TNF-α,Survivin mRNA overexpression suggest the occurrence of osteosarcoma and apoptosis inhibition.更多还原
