【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中NF-kB活化和母血、脐血中TNF-α含量的变化。方法免疫组化法检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者和正常晚孕妇女胎盘组织中NF-kB的活化,放免法检测母血、脐血中TNF-α的含量。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组NF-kB活化、TNF-α水平均较正常组明显升高,且二者间存在相关性。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中NF-kB活化升高,并进一步诱导母血、脐血中TNF-α生成增多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of NF-kB and relationship between NF-kB and TNF-α in pathophysiological changes of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods The NF-kB activity in placenta was determined by immunohistochemistry,maternal and umbilical blood levels of TNF-α were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with normal group,the intensity of NF-kB immunostaining,the blood level of TNF-α in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were all increased significantly.There was positive correlation between the two markers.Conclusion The NF-kB activity is increased in placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,which can induce the increase in the production of TNF-α.更多还原
