【摘要】 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)的临床病理学特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对40例胃肠道间质瘤标本进行病理形态学观察及免疫组织化学标记,并进行随访。结果 40例GISTs中良性26例,交界性9例,恶性5例。组织学梭形细胞、上皮细胞及两者混合构成,免疫特征为CD34阳性率(78.0%)、CD117阳性率(93.0%)的弥漫强阳性表达。结论 GISTs由于较独特免疫组化表型,CD117、CD34可协助鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore characteristics of clinicopathological and immunohistochemistry of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Methods Totally 40 cases specimens of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors were observed by clinicopathological and immunohistochemistry,and follow-up was performed.Results There were 26 cases of benign tumors,9 cases of borderline tumors and 5 cases of malignant tumors in 40 cases of GISTs by visual inspection.From light microscopic study,gastrointestinal stromal tumors was composed of spindle cell and epithelial cells.CD34(+)and CD117(+)was regard as immunologic characteristics.Conclusion The gastrointestinal stromal tumors,a most common mesenchymal tissues tumor,has unique immunohistochemistry phenotype,which found to be benefit to differential diagnosis.更多还原
