【摘要】 目的探讨鼻泪管内高频电灼加硅胶管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法采用随机对照法,将75例(81眼)分为鼻泪管内高频电灼加硅胶管植入(39眼)和鼻泪管探通加腰麻管植入(42眼)两组,手术3个月拔管后,随访6个月,比较两组的治愈率。结果高频电灼组有效率为92.05%,无效占7.69%,泪道探通组有效率为54.75%,无效占45.23%,χ2=14.41,P<0.05。结论鼻泪管内高频电灼加硅胶管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎,创伤小,疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of high-frequency electronic cauterization combined with silicone tube insertion on treating chronic dacryocystitis.Methods It was a randomized control clinical trial.75 patients(81 eyes) ill with chronic dacryocystitis were devided into 39 eyes and 42 eyes.In the 81 eyes 39 eyes underwent high-frequency electronic cauterization combine with silicane tube insertion in the nasolacrimal duct and 42 eyes underwent sounding combined with extradural anesthesia of spinal cord tube insertion in nasolacrimal duct.After taking off tubes cure rate of two groups were compared in the follow-up 6 months.Results Cure rate of high-frequency electronic cauterization combined with silicane tube insertion in nasolacrimal duct was 92.05%.Cure rate of extradural anesthesia of spinal cord tube insertion in nasolacrimal duct was 54.75%.χ2=14.41 and P<0.05.Conclusion High-frequency electronic cauterization combined with silicane tube insertion in nasolacrimal duct on treating chronic dacryocystitis had small wound and good effect.更多还原
