【摘要】 目的探讨宫颈环行电切术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)对宫颈上皮内瘤样变患者妊娠及其结局的影响。方法选择2005年1月—2009年1月间在我院因宫颈上皮内瘤样变行LEEP术后妊娠的78例,分析妊娠时间、妊娠结局、分娩孕周、分娩方式与胎儿情况。结果 78例患者术后3～5个月妊娠19例,6～11个月妊娠47例,12～28个月妊娠12例。17例因计划生育在孕早期行人工流产术终止妊娠,4例孕早期难免流产;2例患者发生早产。55例足月妊娠分娩,其中阴道分娩34例,剖宫产21例,无宫颈性难产。结论对要求保留生育功能的CIN患者,宫颈LEEP术是一种安全有效的方法,恰当的LEEP术对妊娠及其结局无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate of the effect of the loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) on pregnancy outcomes of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods Ret rospectively studied 78 patients undergone LEEP because of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),they were subsequently pregnant.Analysed the time of pregnancy,outcome of pregnancy,mode of delivery and fetal status.Results 19 patients were pregnant in 6 months after LEEP,47 patients in 6～11 months,12 patients in 12～28 months respectively.17 patients with artificial abortion,4 with inevitable miscarriage with preterm birth and caesarean section.There were 55 term pregnancies,34 of whom via vaginal delivery and 21 caesarean section.No cervical asphyxia occurred.Conclusion LEEP is a safe and effective method for pregnancy demanding patients with CIN.更多还原
