【摘要】 目的探讨成人肠扭转的各种CT征象及其临床诊断价值。方法分析10例经手术证实肠扭转的CT表现,全部病例均行CT平扫加增强扫描。结果 10例中"漩涡征"7例,"靶征"3例,肠腔扩张积气积液8例,腹水征6例,肠壁积气征2例。结论 "漩涡征"是诊断成人肠扭转的特异性征象。"靶征"、肠壁积气征,是诊断肠缺血的可靠征象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the manifestations of intestinal volvulus and evaluate the role of CT in diagnosing the disease.Methods CT findings in 10 cases of intestinal volvulus proved by operation were retrospectively analyzed.All of the cases were scaned with plain CT following with enhanced CT.Results Sign was seen in 7 cases and "target"sign in 3 cases,dilatation of bowl loops fulled with gas and liquid in 8 cases,seroperitoneum appeared in 6 cases,emphysema of the intestinum wall detected in 2 case.Conclusion "whirl"sign is the main evidence which can be relied on to diagnose intestinal volvulus."target"sign and emphysema of bowel wall are the reliable signs which meaning ischemia of intestinum due to intestinal volvulus.更多还原
