【摘要】 目的探讨老年人外科急腹症的正确诊断有效治疗法。方法回顾分析2006年5月至2009年5月收治的66例60岁以上的老年急腹症患者的临床资料。结果 66例患者中手术治疗60例,保守治疗6例。治愈64例,死亡2例。结论老年人急腹症临床表现不典型,病因较复杂,合并症较多,病情变化发展较快。及时剖腹探查采取个体化手术方式是治疗老年人急腹症的最有效办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the covrect diagnosis and effective treatment of elderly acute abdomen.Methods Retrospective analysis of 66 cases over 60 years of clinical data of acute abdomen trecited in our hospital from May,2006～May 2009.Results Among 66 cases The surgical treatment in 60 cases,conservative treatment in 6 cases.Cured 64 cases,2 deaths.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of acute abdomen in the elderly is not typical,more complex causes,complications are more rapid change and development condition.Laparotomy and timely individualized surgical approach for elderly patients with acute abdomen is the most effective way.更多还原
