【摘要】 目的探讨心理干预对早期胃癌患者术后焦虑抑郁与生活质量改善的作用。方法将68例早期胃癌患者术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组各34例。两组患者在接受手术后均继续维持胃癌专科治疗。对照组不进行心理干预。于术后1、2、4、8、16周末分别采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和生活质量问卷(GQOL-74)评定患者的抑郁焦虑发生率和患者的生活质量。结果干预组在术后4、8、16周末的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)分值明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。GQOL-74评定结果显示,术后4、8、16周末,干预组躯体健康维度各因子、心理维度的精神紧张度和正负性情感因子以及社会功能维度的社交与社会支持和娱乐与学习因子得分均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能减轻早期胃癌患者的抑郁、焦虑症状,有效提高患者术后的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of psychological interventions on early gastric cancer patients with anxiety and depression.Methods Totally 68 early gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,the psychological interventions group (34 patients) and the control group (34 patients).Both two groups received the routine drug therapy after the surgery.Only the psychological interventions groups received the psychological intervention therapy.The Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used as indicators for measuring the results of treatment in two groups patients.The General Quality of Life-74 Scale was used as indicators for the quality of life of the patients.Results Both the SDS and SAS of psychological interventions group were statistically significantly lower than those of the control group in 4,8,16 weeks after the surgery (P<0.05,or P<0.01).The GQOL-74 scale of psychological interventions group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05,or P<0.01).Conclusion The psychological interventions could relieve both the anxiety and depression of the early gastric cancer patients,as well as improve their quality of life.更多还原
