【摘要】 目的检测食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白的表达,并探讨其与食管鳞癌发生及浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测50例食管鳞癌组织及其相应的28例癌旁非典型增生组织和15例正常食管黏膜组织中Bmi-1蛋白的表达。结果食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁非典型增生组织和正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);浸润至外膜食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白阳性表达率高于深肌层及浅肌层(P<0.05)。结论 Bmi-1蛋白过表达可能参与食管鳞癌的发生及浸润转移过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of Bmi-1 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and discuss its relationship with invasion and metastasis.Methods The expression of Bmi-1 protein in 50 cases of ESCC,28 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissue and 15 cases of normal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry SP.Results The positive rates of Bmi-1 protein in ESCC tissue were significantly higher than those of atypical hyperplasia tissue and normal tissue(P<0.05);In metastatic group,the positive rates of Bmi-1 protein in ESCC tissue were higher than those in non-metastatic group(P<0.05);The positive rates of Bmi-1 protein in ESCC tissue in outer layer invaded were higer than those in superficial-muscle invaded group and in deep-muscle invaded group(P<0.05).Conclusion Overexpressions of Bmi-1 protein are possible to participate in occurrence and invasion and metastasis of ESCC.更多还原
