【摘要】 目的探讨三维适形放疗(3DCRT)与全颅放疗加三维适形放疗(WBRT+3DCRT)的疗效差别。方法 30例脑转移癌患者随机分为A、B两组。A组为三维适形放疗(3DCRT)DT组(14例):40-60Gy/(10-20次.3-4周);B组为全颅放疗加三维适形放疗(WBRT+3DCRT)组(16例):全脑放疗后给予局部病灶三维适形放疗,推量照射至DT:40～60Gy。结果三维适形放疗组放疗后局控率为78.5%,中位生存期11.5个月,全脑放疗加三维适形放疗组放疗后局控率为75.0%,中位生存期10个月,两组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三维适形放疗和全颅放疗加三维适形放疗治疗单发脑转移瘤无明显差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the differences in the treatment effect between the 3DCRT and the WBRT+3DCRT.Methods Randomly divided 30 cases of the patients who suffered the single encephalic metastatic tumor into A and B groups. A group was the 3DCRT (14 cases): 40~60Gy/(10~20 times·3~4weeks); B group was the WBRT+3DCRT (16 cases): After the whole brain radiotherapy,offered the local lesion of three-dimesional conformal radiation therapy. Radiated by conjecture till reach the DT: 40~60Gy.Results After the 3DCRT, the rate of the local controling was 78.5%, the median survival time was 11.5 monthes. While after the WBRT+3DCRT, the local control rate was 75.0%, the median survival time was 10 monthes. The results of the two groups has no significant statistical differences.Conclusion There was no significant statistical differences between the 3DCRT and the WBRT+3DCRT.更多还原
