【摘要】 目的探讨胆总管切开一期缝合临床的可行性及疗效。方法有选择性地对36例胆石症患者行胆总管切开取净石后,在确保胆总管上下端通畅情况下不放置T管,用5-0可吸收线行一期缝合。结果全组病例均无胆瘘或严重并发症发生。平均住院时间9d。结论在严格掌握适应症前提下,术中操作细致,胆总管切开一期缝合在临床上是可行的,并发症少,住院期缩短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical feasibility and efficacy of suture common bile duct.Methods Totally 36 cases of cholelithiasis undergoing common bile duct stones were removed after the upper and lower end of common bile duct patency in ensuring that cases are not placed T tube,with 5-0 absorbable suture line.Results There was no cases of biliary fistula,or severe complications.The average hospital stay was 9 days.Conclusion The indications of strict control under the premise to operate and meticulous surgery,common bile duct I stage suture in clinical practice is feasible,less complications and shorter length of stay.更多还原
