【摘要】 目的探讨创伤后应激性消化道出血的预防措施及临床诊治经验。方法对144例重型创伤并发应激性消化道出血进行回顾性分析。结果重型创伤后144例应激性消化道出血治愈129例,缓解9例,无效2例,死亡4例。结论密切观察病情变化,早期监测消化道出血,加强消化道护理,合理及时用药能减少应激性消化道出血的发病率及死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of traumatic irritable digestive canal hemorrhage.Methods To conduct retrospective analysis on the data of 144 cases of severe traumatic irritable digestive canal hemrrhage.Results Among the 144 cases,129 cases cured,9 cases remitted,no effect 2 cases,4 cases died.Conclusion Intensive observation,early supervise the hemorrbage,intensify the nursing,rational and timely use of drug can decrease the incidence and mortality.更多还原
