【摘要】 目的不同病理类型的直肠癌应用相应的手术方式治疗,提高手术疗效及术后生存率进行分析。方法将30例直肠癌患者分别应用不同的手术方法手术,并分别进行治疗后疗效观察,及术后随访统计分析。结果30例不同病理类型的直肠癌患者进行相应的手术治疗,手术并发症7例占23.3%,术后复发8例占26.7%,手术后5年生存率为28例占93.3%。结论治疗直肠癌随病情不同可选择不同的手术方式,严格掌握手术适应证,降低术后并发证和复发,提高患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To different iate pathological types of cancer apply appropriate surgical treatment to improve survival rate after surgical treatment and analysis.Methods Total 30 cases of rectal cancer were the surgical method applied,and after treatment effects were observed,and postoperative follow-up statistical analysis.Results 30 patients with different pathological types of cancer accordingly surgery,surgical complications 7 cases accounted for 23.3%,8 cases of postoperative recurrence (26.7%),post-operative five year survival rate was 28 cases accounted for 93.3%.Conclusion The treatment of rectal cancer has different choice of surgical methods,surgical indication to strictly control,reduce postoperative complication and recurrence,improve patient quality of life.更多还原
