【摘要】 新生始业教育是大学教育的一个重要环节,对学生的整个大学学习生活产生直接影响,关系到学生的未来。随着高等教育进入大众化阶段,大学新生始业教育面临许多新情况、新问题,需要高校更加重视对大学新生始业教育的研究和实践。本文通过调查,分析总结新生始业教育存在的问题和经验,并从新生始业内容设置、时间布局、队伍建设、教育形式等方面出发,探索建构新生始业教育新模式,为新生始业教育实践提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Freshman’s orientation education,which has a direct influence on the entire university life and is related to students’ future,is an important part of academic education.With the development of popularization of higher education,freshman’s orientation education faces many new situations and problems.University authorities need to pay more attention to the study and practice for freshman’s orientation education.This paper,through investigation,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and experience,and tries to set up a new mode of freshman’s orientation education from the aspect of content setup,time distribution,team construction and education forms,and gives references for practice of freshman’s orientation education.更多还原
