【摘要】 在形态学和分子生物学(28S rRNA、COI部分序列)分析的基础上,对我国北方典型海区辽宁丹东,山东烟台、威海,江苏连云港的常见镜蛤进行了取样和分类地位的研究。结果表明:日本镜蛤(Dosinia japonica)、薄片镜蛤(Dosinia corrugata)和饼干镜蛤(Dosinia biscocta)为我国北方沿海潮间带常见且大量分布的种类,其中饼干镜蛤与日本镜蛤的遗传距离比较接近(以较高支持率聚为一支)。连云港的饼干镜蛤以及丹东的薄片镜蛤的不同个体间存在差异,对这两地区的样品还有待作进一步的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 To clarify the taxonomic status of common Dosinia from northern China,we collected and analyzed samples from four locations(Dandong,Yantai,Weihai,and Lianyungang) along north China’s coast using both morphological characters and DNA sequencing(nuclear 28S rRNA and mitochondrial COI sequence) data.The re-sult suggests that Dosinia japonica,Dosinia corrugata and Dosinia biscocta are common species in intertidal areas of northern China,and D.biscocta and D.japonica are clustered closely.Morphology differences exist among in-dividuals of D.biscocta of Lianyungang,as well as D.corrugata of Dandong.All of these samples need to be fur-ther investigated.更多还原
