繁茂膜海绵、抗生素和加大水交换量对大菱鲆水环境中病原细菌调控效果的比较

【摘要】 探讨利用繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidon perlevis)调控大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)水环境中病原细菌的可行性,并与抗生素和加大水交换量的调控效果对比。在1.5 m3大菱鲆水环境(15~18℃)中持续实验六周,与对照组相比,海绵处理组平均粪大肠菌群、致病性弧菌和总细菌分别降低了60.0%~90.2%、37.6%~81.6%和45.1%~83.9%;抗生素(10 mg/L+10 mg/L呋喃西林)处理组三类细菌分别降低了6.7%~60.8%、-11.9%~48.4%和-4.8%~52.3%;水交换量加倍组三类细菌分别降低了25.0%~82.7%、26.8%~82.7%和15.8%~78.8%。结果表明,繁茂膜海绵能有效调控大菱鲆水环境中病原细菌,其效果好于抗生素(10 mg/L+10 mg/L呋喃西林)和水交换量加倍的调控效果。

【Abstract】 This study aims to investigate the feasibility of marine sponge Hymeniacidon perlevis to control pathogenic bacteria growth in turbot Scophthalmus maximus-culture system,and compare the control efficiency with antibiotics and doubling water exchange.In 1.5 m3 S.maximus-culture water system at 15~18℃ for six weeks,marine sponge H.perlevis exhibited 60.0%~90.2% removal of fecal coliforms,37.6%~81.6% removal of pathogenic vibrio and 45.1%~83.9% removal of total bacteria;the antibiotics(10 mg/L furazolidone+10 mg/L furacilin) exhibited 6.7%~60.8% removal of fecal coliforms,-11.9%~48.4% removal of pathogenic vibrio and-4.8%~52.3% removal of total bacteria;the doubling water exchange exhibited 25.0%~82.7% removal of fecal coliforms,26.8%~82.7% removal of pathogenic vibrio and 15.8%~78.8% removal of total bacteria in six measurement sessions.The results demonstrate that sponge H.perlevis is an effective bioremediator of pathogenic bacteria in turbot S.maximus-culture water system,and the efficiency on removal of pathogenic bacteria by H.perlevis is higher than the antibiotics(10 mg/L furazolidone+10 mg/L furacilin) and the doubling water exchange.
