【摘要】 目前,生长性状和抗逆抗病性状是对虾遗传选育的主要指标。本文报道了同一批次的10个凡纳滨对虾全同胞家系淡水耐受力和生长性状的比较结果,耐受性试验从P13开始直至4月龄大小,经过连续4次的淡水耐受力试验和生长性状测量比较,结果表明:在同一时期不同家系之间的淡水耐受力存在显著差异,其中P13仔虾中家系C15、C17、C19在淡水中的平均存活时间分别为:78、55和96min。随着日龄的增长耐受力也逐渐增强,2月龄、3月龄、和4月龄的试验中家系C17和C19在淡水中48h的平均存活率最高,分别为25%、65%、40%和60%、55%、48%;综合生长和淡水耐受性分析得出家系C17和C19可以作为耐淡水优良家系选育的候选材料,为进一步选育凡纳滨对虾淡水耐受新品系提供了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,growth trait and disease-resistance are two important targets in the selective breeding of shrimp.Some former investigations indicated that the salinity stress tests were strong relative to the future growth performance.The comparative experiments among 10 full-sibs families on the growth and the tolerance to fresh water were carried out.The comparative trial began from P13 till 4 months old.Four times comparative data identified that the tolerance of different genealogies to freshwater has significant deviation at the contemporary growth period,and the tolerance to fresh water increased along the growth time.At stage P13,the mean survival times of families C15,C17,and C19 are 78min,55min,and 96min.For the 2 months,3 months,and 4 months old shrimps,the mean survival rate,of families C17 and C19 are 25%,65%,40%,and 60%,55%,48%.Combination with the families’ growth data,families C17 and C19 are significantly stronger in higher survival and growth rate than others,which implied potentials on the tolerance to freshwater for the further selective breeding.更多还原
