实时动态三维成像在诊断子宫发育异常中的应用
Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine dysplasia
【摘要】 目的评估实时动态三维超声在诊断子宫发育异常中的应用价值。方法采用GE VOLUSON 730超声诊断仪对妇科和生殖科门诊患者进行二维超声检查,发现可疑子宫畸形74例,再使用GE VOLUSON 730D.4D探头,在4D操作程序下,动态观察子宫形态、子宫颈及子宫内膜情况。结果双子宫34例、纵隔子宫29例、双角子宫9例、残角子宫2例。结论实时动态三维成像在子宫发育异常诊断和分型中具有明显的作用优势。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine dysplasia.Methods Seventy-four patients with suspected uterine anomalies by two dimensional ultrasound(2DUS) were scanned with real-time three-dimenional ultrasound.The type of uterine anomalies was observed.The sonographic features of different types of uterine anomalies were illustrated.Results There were 34 double uterus,29 uterus septus,9 bicornuate uterus,2 rudimentary horn of uterus found among the patients.Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional imaging has obvious advantage in diagnosing and typing of uterine dysplasia.
