【摘要】 目的探讨电针对内脏痛大鼠疼痛行为的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为Con组、Con+EA组、VP组和VP+EA组,每组8只。将5%的福尔马林溶液40μL注射入大鼠结肠内制作内脏痛模型。制作模型前预先电针刺"足三里"、"伏兔"穴,强度以大鼠胡须抖动但不出现挣扎为准。观察并计算内脏痛评分。结果 VP组大鼠在注射福尔马林后立即出现明显的内脏痛行为,而VP+EA组内脏痛行为时间推迟,疼痛明显减弱(P<0.05)。结论电针对内脏痛大鼠具有镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on the visceral pain in rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into the Con group,Con+EA group,VP group and VP+EA group,n=8.40 μL 5% formalin solution was injected into the rat colon to establish a visceral pain model.Electric acupuncture at "Zusanli","V Rabbit" point was given in advance of model establishment,with strength of rats subject to whiskers jitter but does not struggle.Visceral pain score was calculated.Results VP rats immediately appeared visceral pain behaviors after the injection of formalin,whereas,in VP+EA groups,visceral pain behaviors was delayed,as well as pain significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture has the analgesic effect on visceral pain in rats.更多还原
